The Winemakers Cheese! Vigneron is a Brie-Style Goats Milk Cheese washed in white wine and wrapped in vine leaves.
As the name suggests, Vigneron was created to celebrate the relationship with the its wonderful vineyard, Coriole in McLaren Vale.
When ripe, it has a velvety oozy paste and a melt-in-the-mouth pleasantly earthy flavour. The leaves are edible but that depends on personal choice.
